About the Project
FirstStep Housing assists South African citizens in applying for government housing subsidies through the FLISP (Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme). Their team consists of industry experts who guide applicants through the qualification process, FLISP application, bond registration, and property transfer. Their service simplifies a complex process, helping South Africans secure affordable housing with confidence.

What We Did
We designed and developed a responsive WordPress website that serves as both an educational hub and a lead generation tool. With user experience top of mind, we created a smooth and accessible layout that includes a blog section, contact forms, and an online application form that collects detailed applicant information. The site structure was designed to ensure clarity and ease of use, even for users unfamiliar with the FLISP process.

To help FirstStep Housing rank on top in search results, we provide monthly search engine optimisation (SEO) support that includes copywriting and publishing educational blog posts, adding new service pages, and ensuring all content is optimised for relevant keywords. This has boosted their site visibility and brought in a consistent flow of organic enquiries.
